| 摘 要： | 宋元时期,在今安徽境内发生的自然灾害有水灾、旱灾、震灾、雹灾、雪灾和霜冻等,灾害频率比宋代以前提高多了,特别是水灾更加严重.为应对各种自然灾害,宋元王朝采取了一些措施,不论是消极的禳灾之举,还是积极的治灾之策,对纾缓灾情、救济灾民均起到了一定的作用.

| Abstract: | During Song and Yuan dynasties,there had happened many natural disasters such as flood,drought,earthquake,hail,snow and frost,etc.The disaster frequency was much higher than that before Song dynasty,especially the flood disaster being worse.To deal with natural disasters,the Song regime had taken some countermeasures,no matter negative sacrifice for avoiding calamities or positive strategies of disaster relief,which fundamentally had some effects on the relief work of disasters and refugees. |
