微生态制剂对樱桃谷肉鸭免疫器官指数、十二指肠黏膜SIgA含量和肠道组织形态的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究微生态制剂对樱桃谷肉鸭免疫器官指数、十二指肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量和肠道组织形态的影响。选取540羽1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭(公鸭),随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每重复30羽。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ组为抗生素对照组,在基础饲粮中添加10%杆菌肽锌400 mg/kg;Ⅲ组为试验组,在基础饲粮中添加300 mg/kg微生态制剂,试验期42 d。于21、42日龄进行屠宰取样,测定樱桃谷肉鸭免疫器官指数、十二指肠黏膜SIgA含量和肠道组织形态。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组42日龄的胸腺指数和脾脏指数分别比Ⅰ组提高了35.00%(P<0.05)、25.39%(P<0.05);2)Ⅲ组42日龄的十二指肠黏膜SIgA含量比Ⅰ组提高了12.50%(P<0.05);3)Ⅲ组21日龄的十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C)分别比Ⅰ组提高了4.47%(P>0.05)、10.68%(P<0.05);4)Ⅲ组42日龄的空肠隐窝深度比Ⅰ组降低了10.17%(P<0.05)、空肠V/C值比Ⅰ组提高了12.43%(P<0.05);5)Ⅲ组42日龄的回肠绒毛高度、V/C值比Ⅰ组分别提高了3.66%(P<0.05)、16.32%(P<0.05),隐窝深度比Ⅰ组降低了11.18%(P<0.05)。由此可见,微生态制剂可以提高樱桃谷肉鸭胸腺指数和脾脏指数,提高十二指肠SIgA含量,并能够提高肠道(十二指肠、空肠、回肠)绒毛高度、降低隐窝深度。

Effect of microbial ecological agent on the immune organ index,content of SIgA in duodenum and intestinal morphology of cherry valley ducks
Abstract:This research was designed to investigate the effects of microecological agent containing 1.98 ×1010 CFU/g Bacillus subtilis and 2.0×108 CFU/g Enterococcus faecium added to the diets on the immune organ index, content of SIgA in duodenum and intestinal morphology of cherry valley ducks. Five hundred and forty one-day old ducks were randomly divided into three groups with six repli-cate pens per group and thirty ducks per pens. The groupⅠis control group fed with basal diet, the group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were fed with basal diet added with 400 mg/kg zinc bacitracin (10%) and 300 mg/kg microecological agent, respectively. The test period is 42 days, each set of 6 randomly selected ducks were slaughteres sampling to determination on immune organ index, SIgA content in duo-denum and intestinal morphology. The results showed that: 1)Comparing the group Ⅰ, thymus index and spleen index in group Ⅲ of ducks for 42 d increased 35.00% (P<0.05)and 25.39%(P<0.05),respectively. 2)Content of SIgA in duodenum of group Ⅲ was higher 12.49% than that of group Ⅰ. 3)For 21 d, villous height and V/C ratio of the group Ⅲ supplemented with 300 mg/kg microecological agent were increased by 4.47%(P>0.05)and 10.68 (P<0.05)than that of groupⅠin the duodenum. 4)Compared with group Ⅰfor 42 d, the group Ⅲ supplemented with 300 mg/kg microecological agent significantly decreased jejunal crypt depth by 10.17%(P<0.05), in-creased jejunal V/C ratio by 12.43%(P<0.05). 5)For 42 d, ileal villous height and V/C ratio of the group Ⅲ were increased by 3.66%and 16.32% than that of the group Ⅰ, then ileal crypt depth of the group Ⅲ was reduced by 11.18%(P<0.05)than that of the groupⅠ. The results showed that probiotics could improve the growth of immune organs, content of SIgA in duodenum and villous height, decreased crypt depth of cherry vally ducks .
