摘    要:本研究旨在探讨微生态制剂对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。选取540羽1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭(公),随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每重复30羽。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ组为抗生素对照组,在基础饲粮中添加10%杆菌肽锌400 mg/kg,Ⅲ组为试验组,在基础饲粮中添加300 mg/kg微生态制剂(含枯草芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌等,有效活菌数200亿个/g),试验期42 d。结果表明:1)42日龄肉鸭平均体重Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组提高2.37%(P<0.05);22~42日龄料重比Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组降低3.23%(P<0.05),1~42日龄料重比Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组降低2.62%(P<0.05)。2)血清总蛋白含量Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组提高23.89%(P<0.01);血清白蛋白含量Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组提高12.05%(P<0.01);血清碱性磷酸酶含量Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组提高19.12%(P<0.05)。

Effect of microbial ecological agents on growth performance and serum biochemical indices in cherry valley duck
Abstract:This research is aimed to investigate the effects of microbial ecological agents on growth performance and serum biochemi-cal indices of cherry valley duck.Total 540 one-day-old cherry valley ducks (males)were selected,and they were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 30 ducks per replicate.The ducks in the group Ⅰ (control group) were fed the basal diet, the groupⅡ (antibiotics control group) were fed the basal diet added with 400 mg/kg 10%Bacitracin zinc, the group Ⅲ (test group) were fed the basal diet added with 300 mg/kg microbial ecological agents (Containing Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium ,the effec-tively live bacteria was reach up to 20 billion/g),the test lasted for 42 d.The results showed that:1 )On 42 d, group Ⅲincreased 2.37%of the average weight compared with group Ⅰ (P<0.05);On days 22 to 42, groupⅢdecreased 3.23%of the feed/gain ratio compared with group Ⅰ (P<0.05),and on days 1 to 42, group Ⅲ decreased 2.62% of the feed/gain ratio compared with group Ⅰ (P<0.05);2) GroupⅢincreased 23.89%of the serum total proteint compared with group Ⅰ(P<0.01);GroupⅢincreased 12.05%of the serum al-bumin compared with group Ⅰ(P<0.01);Group Ⅲ increased 19.12% of the serum alkaline phosphatase compared with group Ⅰ(P<0.05).
