| 摘 要： | 按照新的生态和经济建设思路，必须研究与之相适应的农村经济发展战略。笔者在学习江总书记和朱总理重要指示的基础上，通过对陕北农村抽样调查及其现状特征的分析，研究了陕北丘陵区农村经济发展的战略思路、布局和措施。

| Abstract: | According to present thoughts of constructing ecology and economy, we should study new strategy of economic development of countryside.Having studied General Secretary Jiang and Premier Zhu’s instructions, and analyzed the present characteristics of economic development, the author study the strategic thoughts, overall arrangement, and measures of rural economic development in loess hilly in northwest Shaanxi. |
