氧化乐果在不同树种体内的输导研究

摘    要:对氧化乐果在不同树种体内的输导部位、输导速度、输导量的差异以及影响其输导的诸要素进行了研究。结果表明,氧化乐果在树体内的输导是随着树液在木质部的导管或管胞中进行的,不同的树种输导部位有差异:在梧桐和槐树中,药液的输导仅局限于最外层年轮,输导面积小;在杨树、七叶树、油松和侧柏中,药液的输导是在整个木质部中进行的,输导面积大。同时,药剂在不同树种中的输导量、输导速度是不同的:输导速度大小为国槐>青桐>杨树>七叶树>油松>侧柏;榆导量大小为杨树>七叶树>国槐>青桐>油松>侧柏。另外,药液的输导速度还与温湿度、蒸腾作用、药剂的酸碱性及树木的解剖结构等因素有关。

Abstract:Omethoate transporting mechanism in different trees such as transport position, velocity of insecticide and factors affecting insecticide transporting when they were injected into trees, was studied. The results are as follows: (1) Omethoate was carried with the sap of a tree in the vessels of xylem to the upper parts of a tree. Different trees had different transporting areas: as for trees of Firmiana simplex and Sophora japonica , insecticide transports occurred in the outer part of sapwood, and the area was small while for Aesculus chinensis, Populus spp., Platycladus orientalis and Pinus tabulaeformis, insecticide transports in the entire sapwood, and the area was large. (2) In different trees, the transport's amount and velocity of insecticide were vavious. In trees of Aesculus chinensis and Populus spp. , the transport's amount was bigger than that in others and the least amount in Platycladus orientalis and Pinus tabulaeformis . As regards to transport's velocity, Firmiana simplex and Sophora japonica was faster than other trees. and the slowest in Platycladus orientalis and Pinus tabulaeformis . The transport extent was closely related to the temperature and humidity, transpiration, insecticides quality, the structure of tree, etc.
