| 摘 要： | 以人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)愈伤组织为材料,经酶解获得大量生活的原生质体,用浅层液体静止培养法获得细胞团,最后在琼脂培养基上获得原生质体来源的愈伤组织。分化工作尚无结果。试验强调了材料状况及培养条件的重要性,讨论了综合技术在原生质体培养中的意义。

| Abstract: | High yields of viable protoplasts were isolated by enzymes from ca- llus of Panax ginseng.By means of liquid culture,the protoplasts of P. ginseng in the modified MS medium regenerated cell wall on about days 2 in culture.The first cell division were observed on about days 3.The calli derived from protoplasts of p.ginseng were obtained at last.But the induction of differentiation were failed.The experiment put stress on the material,condition and technique used in culttre.The significance of appliance of sy... |
