| 摘 要： | 构建和谐农村是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分，广大农村的和谐关系到整个社会的和谐。改革开放30a来，虽然中国农村经济、政治、文化、社会建设取得了巨大成就，但与城市发展水平和广大农民的期望仍有很大差距。初步阐述了和谐农村的内涵以及构建和谐农村的理论依据，并从物质基础、政治保证、精神动力、培育新型农民以及制度创新5个方面阐述了构建和谐农村的对策。
