农学专业生物信息学概论本科教学实践探讨

摘    要:随着分子生物学的飞速发展,尤其是二代测技术(Next Generation Sequence, NGS)的出现,生物信息学在农学等生命科学研究领域的重要性日益显现。华中农业大学农学专业从2012年开始开设生物信息学概论课程。笔者结合3年多的教学实践,从课程内容体系的确立与完善,一体化网络教学平台的构建,四阶段学习法的实施,课程考核体系的改革等方面,探索该课程建设与实践的特点方法,并分析存在的问题和提出了改革的思路。研究旨在提高学生关于生物信息学概论的学习热情,改善教学方法,进而提高教学水平,增强学生的综合实力。

Abstract:With the rapid development of molecular biology, especially the emergence of next generation sequence(NGS), the importance of bioinformatics in the field of life science is becoming increasingly apparent. The Introduction of Bioinformatics was set up from 2012 in agriculture specialty in Huazhong Agricultural University. Combined with more than three years of teaching practice, the characteristics of the course con-struction and practice were explored from aspects of establishment and perfection of the curriculum content system, construction of the integrated network teaching platform, implementation of the four stage learning method, reform of the evaluation system, the existing problems were ana-lyzed and reform ideas were proposed. The aim was to improve students’ learning enthusiasm, perfect teaching method, thus to improve teaching level and enhance students’ comprehensive ability.
