| 摘 要： | 城郊休闲农业是一种新型的农业生产经营方式。长沙市的城郊休闲农业发展历史悠久，已经进入产业化阶段。研究利用SWOT分析方法全面审视新时期下长沙市城郊休闲农业的优势与劣势，面临的机遇与挑战。日益坚固的经济基础、发达的城市交通体系、丰富的资源优势是长沙市城郊休闲农业的优势；特色农业发展迟缓，缺少多方面的宣传，缺乏品牌观念、专业管理人才，管理与服务质量欠缺，以及游玩项目单一与发展不充分是长沙市城郊休闲农业发展的劣势。与此同时，良好的政策环境、城市居民旅游需求的增加、生态文明建设的不断推进以及基础设施建设的不断完善给长沙市城郊休闲农业带来机遇；环境与公共资源遭到破坏，盲目建设以及周边休闲农业发展给长沙市城郊休闲农业发展带来挑战。在SWOT分析的基础上，提出长沙市应该从政府多部门联合管理，深度开发地方特色资源，增强从业者素质和提高服务水平方面推进城郊休闲农业的发展。

| Abstract: | Suburb leisure agriculture is a new type of agricultural production and operation mode. Development of agricultural production and op-eration has a long history in Changsha City, which has as entered the stage of industrialization. The advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of suburb leisure agriculture in Changsha City was researched by SWOT analysis method. Solid economic base, developed urban transportation system and abundant resources advantage were the advantages of suburb leisure agriculture in Changsha City. Characteristic agri-culture showed slow development with the lack of various publicity, brand concept and management professionals. The management and service quality were poor. The few recreational projects and insufficient development were the disadvantages of suburb leisure agriculture in Changsha City. At the same time, the good policy environment, travel demand increase of urban residents, promoted ecological civilization construction and improved infrastructure construction have brought opportunities for suburb leisure agriculture in Changsha City. But there were also some challen-ges, such as the damaged environment and public resources, and blind construction. Based on SWOT analysis, we pointed out that Changsha Cit-y should carry out multi-sectoral joint management, in-depth development of characteristic resources, quality increase of workers, and enhance-ment of service level. |
