超微粉碎对黄连解毒汤中黄芩苷溶出的影响

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定比较了普通粉碎和超微粉碎对黄连解毒汤中黄芩苷溶出量的影响.采用Nova-PakC18色谱柱(3.9mm×150mm),以甲醇∶重蒸水∶磷酸=47∶53∶0.2为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,UV检测波长为280nm.结果表明,超微粉碎未改变黄连解毒汤固有的药效学成分,并可增加黄芩苷的溶出量,在超声提取下超微细粉中黄芩苷含量比细粉提高32.51%;而在简化提取(开水冲搅)下,超微细粉中黄芩苷含量比细粉提高51.23%.

Abstract:The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed to determine the effects of ultramicro-pulverization on baicalin dissolubility of Huanglianjiedutang (HLJDT). The analytical column was Nova-Pak C_(18) 3.9 mm×150 mm,methal- disstilled-phosphate (47∶53∶0.2) was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1). The evulate was monitored at 280 nm. The results showed that baicalin content of the HLJDT ultromicro-powder, which was extracted by ultrasonic wave and stirred by boiled water, increased by 32.51% and 51.23% respectively, as compared to the conventional fine powder. It was concluded that the ultromicro-pulverization method could not only keep natural ingredients of HLJDT, but also improved its baicalin dissolubility.
