| 摘 要： | 基因芯片技术的诞生是基于人类基因组计划的成果,是融微电子学、生物学、物理学、化学、计算机科学为一体的新技术.能够广泛应用于基因表达分析、突变检测、核酸多态性分析、基因测序和药物筛选等几乎所有的生物学研究领域.综述了基因芯片技术的发展历史、原理、检测细菌的程序、在细菌学研究中的应用、存在的问题及其应用前景.
