黄瓜博耐13-b叶片衰老机理研究

摘    要:黄瓜衰老过程中,叶片外部性状与内在生理代谢密切相连.通过对博耐13号B型(博耐13-b)黄瓜叶片衰老过程中细胞膜透性、膜脂过氧化和保护酶活性的研究,表明博耐13-b型黄瓜衰老过程中叶片叶绿素的降解和可溶性蛋白质质量比下降较慢;叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性下降;膜脂过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)增加;细胞膜相对透性增加.生长期间不同叶位叶片功能期的长短不同,表明博耐13-b叶片衰老速度慢,绿叶面积持续期长,对提高黄瓜产量具有重要作用.

Abstract:The cucumber leaf appearance connected with its inner physical metabolism during the process of cucumber senescence.Influence of reactive oxygen metabolism,degradation of chlorophyll,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT),and increase of malondiadehyde(MDA) in leaves during the cucumber growing stage had been tested in this paper.The apparent properties of leaf,such as the duration of functional leaves at different leaf nodes had also been studied.The results showed that the leaf senescence speed of cucumber Bonai 13-b was slow,and the duration of leaf green area was long,which was important for improving the yield of cucumber.
