| 摘 要： | 以无锡市惠畅里社区为例,讨论在新时期的社区建设工作中,街道社区应以科学发展观为指导思想,贯彻两会精神,保障民生.保障民生首先可以从推进社区民主自治管理建设入手,建立健全符合本社区情况的居民自治管理组织,从而满足居民参与社区事务管理、推进社区自治的需要,提高文明、和谐社区的建设水平,共建共享和谐社区成果.并立足社区的具体工作,实实在在给老百姓办事,解决他们的日常生活困难,这是保障民生的根本所在.
