摘    要:霍山石斛仿生态栽培成活率低下一直是制约其规模化发展的主要因素,本文在对影响霍山石斛栽培成活率因素进行分析的基础上,认为种苗繁殖方法的个体差异、炼苗后的适应性及栽培技术差异是影响成活率的主要原因,并提出在茎段组培解决霍山石斛种苗育苗质量后,解决炼苗期的炼苗质量和配套栽培技术的方法与思路,使得霍山石斛的仿生态栽培成活率得到质的提升,对科研和生产开发均具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The low survival rate of bionic cultivation of Dendrobium huoshanense has always been the main limiting factor for the large-scale development of Dendrobium huoshanense. On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the survival rate of Dendrobium huoshanense cultivation, the paper held that the main factors affecting the survival rate are the individual differences in seedling propagation methods, seedling adaptabilities after transplantation and differences in cultivation techniques. After the qualities of the stem tissue culture nursery seedlings were improved, the methods and ideas for solving subsequent problems were put forward to ensure the transplantation qualities during the seedling transplantation adaptation period supported by matching cultivation techniques for the qualitive improvement of the survival rate of bionic cultivation of Dendrobium huoshanense, which may have guiding significance for its scientific research, pro- duction and development.
