玉米雄性不育基因Zmms1的同源克隆及生物信息学分析

摘    要:利用水稻雄性不育相关基因Osms1同源克隆玉米中的同源基因Zmms1,用生物信息学方法对水稻Osms1及玉米Zmms1基因核苷酸序列以及蛋白质结构、亲水性和疏水性及进化树等进行分析。结果表明,水稻雄性不育相关基因Osms1编码区长度为2 232 bp,编码679个氨基酸,Zmms1编码区长度为2 461 bp,编码670个氨基酸。通过对ms1蛋白功能结构域进行分析发现,Zmms1和Osms1同为PHD-ZF超家族成员,二者具有相同的功能结构域和近似的三级结构,因此推测,Zmms1可能与Osms1具有相似的功能。

Abstract:The homogogous gene Zmms1 in maize was homologously cloned by using male sterility gene Osms1 in rice. And nucleotide sequence, deduced amino acid sequence, protein structure, hydrophilic, hydrophobic and evolutionary trees of rice Osms1 and maize Zmms1 gene were analyzed by bioinformatics methods. The results showed that the coding region of rice male sterility gene Osms1 had the length of 2 232 bp, encoded 679 amino ac-ids, that of Zmms1 had the length of 2 461 bp, encodes 670 amino acids. Through the analysis of the functional do-mains of the ms1 protein, we found that Osms1 and Zmms1 were PHD-ZF superfamily, both have the same function-al domains and similar ternary structure, thus speculate that Zmms1 and Osms1 may have the similar function.
