摘    要:目的]研究紫茎泽兰叶片化感活性物质对2种辣椒幼苗POD、SOD活性及抗坏血酸代谢的影响。方法]采用培养皿滤纸法,研究紫茎泽兰叶片水浸液对2种辣椒幼苗抗氧化系统氧化酶活性及抗坏血酸非酶自由基清除系统化感潜力。结果]不同辣椒品种在同一浓度紫茎泽兰水浸液处理下的化感效应是不同的。随着水浸提液处理浓度提高,独山辣椒幼苗体内SOD活性先升后降。POD活性、抗坏血酸先降后升,最终MDA含量升高;福泉辣椒的POD活性随水浸提液浓度升高先升后降,SOD活性、抗坏血酸先降后升,最终MDA含量有所增高。结论]随紫茎泽兰水浸提液浓度升高,抗坏血酸有所提高,可清除由化感胁迫诱导产生的氧自由基,以降低氧化造成细胞膜损伤的程度,增强抵抗化感的氧化胁迫的能力。
