摘    要:以1/2 MS培养基为种子发芽床,用摩擦、划破种皮、H2SO4溶液、NaOH溶液等物理和化学方法对扁蓿豆种子处理后进行萌发试验,结果表明:划破种皮发芽率86%,发芽指数15.97;摩擦处理发芽率71%,发芽指数12.94;摩擦后放置30 d发芽率65%,发芽指数11.54;98%用H2SO4溶液处理15 min降低扁蓿豆种子硬实率的效果较好,其发芽率可达84%,比对照提高59%,发芽指数13.45,比对照提高了78.7%,均达到了极显著差异水平;饱和NaOH溶液处理15 min的效果次之:发芽率达77%,发芽指数12.14;均比对照高,且差异显著。

Abstract:As 1/2 MS medium for germination bed of Melilotoides ruthenica seeds,four different treatments of rubbing,lacerating seeds coat,H2SO4,and NaOH solution to be studied the effect of seeds germination.The results indicated that the germination rate of lacerating seeds coat were 86% and germination index were 15.97.The germination rate of rubbing were 71% and germination index were 12.94.The germination rate of placed seeds 30 d after rubbed were 65% and germination index were 11.54.The best treatment was treat...
