电导法测大叶樟和小叶樟的抗寒性研究

摘    要:为了比较大叶樟、小叶樟的耐寒性,采用电导法测定不同低温处理下大叶樟和小叶樟叶片的电导率,通过Logistic方程计算其半致死温度,并对其大田越冬成活率进行调查。结果表明,小叶樟、大叶樟叶片的半致死温度分别为-31.931 8、-23.509 8℃。大叶樟、小叶樟在新郑的越冬成活率分别为16.7%、85.7%。小叶樟的耐寒性强于大叶樟。

Abstract:To compare Cinnamomum platyllum(Diels) Allen and Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl cold resistance,the conductance of electric from Hunan and Jiangsu introduced Cinnamomum platyllum(Diels) Allen and Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl determination of cold tolerance.The half lethal temperature was determined through the Logistic equation.The winter survival rate was investigated.The results showed that they were-31.931 8 ℃ for Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl leaves and-23.509 8 ℃ for Cinnamomum platyllum(Diels) Allen leaves.The winter survival rate in Xinzheng of Cinnamomum platyllum(Diels) Allen and Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl reached 16.7%,and 85.7%,respectively.The cold resistance of Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl was better than that of Cinnamomum platyllum(Diels) Allen.
