| 摘 要： | VP2 8是对虾白斑综合症病毒 (Whitespotsyndromevirus,简称WSSV)的囊膜蛋白。在克隆了VP2 8基因的基础上 ,成功构建了重组转移载体pBlueBacHisC vp2 8和重组杆状病毒HyNPV VP2 8。用重组病毒的细胞培养液注射接种 5龄饷食后的家蚕 ,剪病蚕腹足采血淋巴 ,进行SDS PAGE和Westernblotting分析 ,结果表明 ,WSSV VP2 8基因在家蚕体内得到了表达 ,特异性条带大小约为 31kD。研究结果为探讨WSSV感染对虾的分子机制打下了基础。 |

| Abstract: | The VP28 is a vesicle membrane protein of prawn white spot syndrome virus (WSSV). In order to inquire into the molecular mechanism of WSSV infecting into the prawn, the recombinant transfer vector pBlueBacHisC-vp28 and recombinant bacilliform virus HyNPV-VP28 were successfully constructed with the gene of VP28 which was cloned previously. The larvae after first feeding at fifth instar were inoculated by injection with culture liquid of recombinant virus and haemolymph was collected by cutting pleopod of the infected silkworms. SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analyses showed a specific band, 31 kD, which suggests that the WSSV-VP28 gene was expressed in the silkworm. |
