创建中国肉类加工食品供应链模型的构想

摘    要:从提高中国肉类加工食品的市场竞争力出发,针对目前中国肉类加工食品尚未形成完善的供应链管理模式这一现状,提出了在新型的供应链模型中加入信息代理中介组织的设想;认为信息代理应主要由农业企业组成并吸纳规模较大的农户与销售商参与,其不仅承担保证企业与农户契约履行的责任,起信息沟通作用,而且比较公平地根据供应链的总收益动态地调整原先农户与企业所签订契约的利益分配方式,在此基础上,进一步提出了改进中国肉类加工食品供应链的一些对策与建议。

Abstract:In meat processing industry in China,a well organized supply chain management system is not available.In order to improve the market competitiveness of meat processing products in China,the assumption is put forward that information agent will be established in the new supply chain model.The information agent is composed of the agricultural enterprises and farmers with scaled farming as participants.The agent not only takes the responsibility of guaranteeing the implementation of contracts between the enterprises and farmers and plays the role of information dissemination,but also adjusts in a dynamic and justifiable manner the distribution of benefits as agreed upon by the farmers and enterprises in accordance with the total revenue of the supply chain.On the basis of the above analysis,strategies and suggestions are put forward on further improvement of the meat processing supply chain management in China
