| 摘 要： | 在物理整合的基础上,选用元分析方法将已发表的与蛋白质相关的QTL整合到物理整合中重复次数较多的6个QTL区间处,并且选用基于统计学原理的Overview方法进行优化,得到连锁群上QTL的有效遗传位置,最终筛选出稳定性较强的标记Satt127,研究结果为标记辅助鉴定提供了理论依据.
