| 摘 要： | 对早稻品质改良的可行性、优质高产相结合的可能性和早稻品改的技术路线进行了阐述。认为稻米品质性状是受遗传基因控制的，生态条件对品质有一定影响，但不同品种敏感性不同，通过育种选育对环境钝感的品种可实现早稻生产优质化。优质和高产并不完全矛盾，培育既优质又高产的品种是可能的。并提出了早灿稻品质改良的技术策略。

| Abstract: | The feasibility of grain quality improvement of early rice, possibility of the combination of high yield and fine grain quality and the technical approaches to improving the grain quality of early rice were discussed. It is thought that grain quality characters are mainly controlled by genetic genes, but they are also influenced by ecological conditions, to which different varieties show different sensitivity. The improvement of grain quality in early rice could be achieved by developing varieties insensitive to environmental conditions in grain quality characters. It is also thought to be possible to develop rice varieties with both high yield and fine quality for not all of the grain quality characters are contradictory to high yield. Furthermore, the technical strategies were suggested for improving the grain quality of early indica rice. |
