摘    要:用1600只42日龄岭南黄鸡以2(性别)×5(代谢能水平)试验设计,向玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加不同剂量植物油、沸石粉和玉米芯粉,使5种代谢能水平分别为:12.134,12.552,12.970,13.389,13.807MJ/kg,观测鸡的生产性能。结果:以生长性能、能量和粗蛋白质沉积率以及胴体品质为评价指标时,43~63日龄最适饲粮代谢能水平分别为13.376MJ/kg、12.958MJ/kg和12.540MJ/kg;以肌肉脂肪含量为评价指标时,公、母鸡饲粮代谢能最适需要量分别为12.958和13.376MJ/kg;以空体成分为评价指标时,母鸡最适饲粮代谢能水平为12.540MJ/kg。

Abstract:One experiment was conducted to study the metabolizable energy (ME) requirement of 43~63 days yellow broilers. In the experiment, 1600 42 day-old Lingnan yellow broilers (female: male was 1:1)were used in a tow factorial (sex and ME level)design with four duplicates. The basal corn-soybean meal diet was supplemented with different level palm oil, zeolite and corn-bean meal to make 5 trail diets, in which ME level were 12.134, 12.552, 12.970, 13.389 and 13.807MJAg respectively.According to the result of performance, the rate of energy and protein deposition, and body quality,the optimal diet ME requirement of broilers were 13.376, 12.958 and 12.540MJ/kg respectively.Based on the fat content in chest and leg muscle, the optimal diet ME level of male broiler was higher than female broiler's, which was 13.376MJ/kg and 12.958MJAg respectively. Taking carcass composition as evaluating indices, 12.540MJ/kg was the best diet ME level of female yellow broilers.
