盐胁迫对蕃茄幼苗渗透调节物质的影响

摘    要:测定了0、100、200、300mmol/LNaCl浓度处理下的蕃茄幼苗生长量及渗透调节物质的含量变化。结果表明:随NaCl处理浓度的增加,蕃茄幼苗的FW、DW、K+含量、K+/Na+、SS含量呈现降低趋势;Na+、Pro、MDA含量、渗透势则与其呈相反趋势,随盐浓度增加而增加。盐处理对于蕃茄幼苗的生长造成了胁迫,渗透调节物质对其在盐胁迫环境下生长起到了重要作用,使蕃茄幼苗可以在盐胁迫条件下生存。

Abstract:tomato was treated with different concentrations of NaCl (0,100,200,300 mmol/L),Growth and important os-motica contents were determined. The result showed that fresh and dry weights,K + contents,K + / Na + ,soluble sugar contents decrease with salt content increase. Na + contents,proline contents,MDA contents,osmotic potential reverse to FW. Salt content is one of stresses to growth of tomato,Osmotic adjustment substances increase have some important function to its growth in salt stress.
