泵站设备点检管理体系的研究与构建

摘    要:针对泵站设备管理的现状,汲取现代设备管理理念,结合设备点检管理的先进经验,设计了泵站设备维修标准体系、制度保障体系、五层防护线体系、日常点检组织结构和点检作业流程,制定了点检管理实施方法,以此构建了泵站设备点检管理体系。能更好的把握设备状态,充分发挥设备潜力,提高设备运行的可靠性,完善了泵站技术科学管理体系。为促进设备管理工作的制度化、规范化和标准化,进而实现泵站设备管理的数字化打下坚实的基础,对推进我国泵站现代化管理水平具有指导意义。

Study and Construction of Spot Inspecting Management System for Pumping Station Equipment
Abstract:Methods are designed which consist of pumping station equipment maintenance standards system and institution ensuring system, five layer protective system, daily spot inspecting organization and the work flow, in view of the situation of pumping station equipment management, refer to conceptions of modern equipment management, combining with the experience of advanced equipment spot inspecting management. Implementation method of spot inspecting management is established in order to construct a spot inspecting management system. The system makes spot inspecting a better handle on the state of equipment and improves equipment reliability. In order to make equipment management institutionalization, standardization and standardization, the system lays a solid foundation of digitization of pumping equipment management and has guiding significance on modern management level of pumping station.
