摘    要:河南省是产粮大省,其粮食生产对国家粮食安全有着举足轻重的作用。河南作为国家粮食生产核心区,要确保到2020年,粮食产量由目前的500亿kg提高到650亿kg,任务艰巨,责任重大。因此,实施粮食科技支撑战略,整合全省农业科研系统资源,提升粮食科技创新能力,加强科技成果转化,提高农民科技文化素质,选育和推广一批有重大影响的粮食作物优良品种和先进适用技术,不断提高粮食生产的科技含量,是确保粮食稳定增产、均衡增产、全面增产、提高总产的关键环节。

Abstract:Henan Province is a major grain production province, and it plays a vital role in the national food security. As the core area, it is necessary to ensure that by 2020 grain output of Henan province rising from the current 50 billion kg to 65 billion kg and the task is arduous and heavy responsibility. As a result, the implementation of food science and technology strategy, integration of the province's agricultural re- search system resources, enhancing food science and technology innovation, strengthening transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improving farmers' science and cultural quality, breeding a number of fine varieties of food crops and wide-spreading advanced techniques, constantly improving the technology content of food production are key points to ensure, a steady and balanced grain production. So a comprchensive increase of food production can be realized.
