| 摘 要： | 基于轮胎侧偏特性建立前轮转向后回正力矩数学模型 ,根据转向轮回正力矩与回正阻力力矩平衡方程式 ,计算了 5 0 2 1型厢式运输车主销后倾角 ,按照国标 GB/T6 32 3.4 - 94的要求做了转向回正试验 ,验证了理论分析和设计计算的正确性 ,为前轮定位参数中主销后倾角的设计提供理论参考。 |

| Abstract: | The caster of front wheel is an important parameter influencing self-alignment. To improve the cornering and self-aligning properties of a 5021 model van, the equations of self aligning moment and resisting aligning moment were established based on the cornering properties of vehicle tire, by which the caster of the front wheel alignment parameters was calculated. In terms of the state standard GB/T6323.4-94, the properties of cornering and self aligning were tested. The tests proved that the theoretical analysis and the calculating method of caster to be correct. |
