银杏叶在肉鸡日粮中替代饲用抗生素的效果

摘    要:将240只1日龄AA肉仔鸡公母各半随机分为6个处理组,每个处理2个重复,每个重复20只鸡,试验期35 d.对照组为在基础日粮中添加2.2 mg.kg-1林可霉素,试验组共分5组,分别在基础日粮中添加1、2、3、4、5 g.kg-1等5个水平的银杏叶,研究银杏叶替代饲用抗生素对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和机体免疫机能的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,添加1-5 g.kg-1银杏叶有一定的保健促生长作用,尤其以添加3 g.kg-1促生长明显(P<0.05),且腹泻率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);银杏叶替代饲用抗生素后,对照组与试验组之间的成活率差异不显著(P>0.05);添加1-2 g.kg-1银杏叶可显著增加肉鸡血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量(P<0.05);添加5 g.kg-1银杏叶可提高肉鸡法氏囊指数(P>0.05),显著提高胸腺指数(P<0.05);各试验组血清谷草转氨酶活性与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),但呈现出随银杏叶添加量的提高而增加的趋势;添加5 g.kg-1银杏叶可显著提高血清谷丙转氨酶活性(P<0.05),同时可显著地降低血清尿素氮、胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量(P<0.05).

Abstract:240 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly allocated into 6 groups(1 control group and 5 experimental groups).Each group comprised 2 replicates and each replicate group included 20 chickens.Trial time was 35 days.Lincomycin(2.2 mg·kg~(-1)) was added in control group and five levels(1,2,3, 4,5 g·kg~(-1)) of gingkgo leaves were added in experimental groups.Experiment was designed to study effect of gingkgo leaves substituting antibiotics on chicken growth,sera biochemical indexes.Resulsts suggested as follows: 1,2,3,4,5 g·kg~(-1) addition contributed positively to growth at certain degrees,of which 3 g·kg~(-1) addition was positive significantly(P<0.05);1-2 g·kg~(-1) addition raised sera gross albumen and globin significantly(P<0.05);5 g·kg~(-1) addition increased bursa of Fabricius index(P>0.05) and thymus index(P<0.05);sera aspartate transaminase(AST) activity improved as concentration of gingkgo leaves raised,but not significantly(P>0.05);5 g·kg~(-1) addition increased sera alanine transaminase(ALT) activity(P<0.05) and decreased sera urea concentration of nitrogen,cholesterol and glycerol,respectively(P<0.05)
