芦笋茎叶多糖的提取纯化研究

摘    要:以多糖得率、多糖纯度为指标,对芦笋茎叶多糖提取工艺中料液比、温度、乙醇浓度、沉淀时间等影响因素进行了试验分析,确定芦笋茎叶粗多糖提取的最佳条件为:料液比为1∶20;提取温度为90℃;提取时间为2h;沉淀乙醇浓度为80%;沉淀时间8h。并确定了sevag脱蛋白、多次醇沉的纯化工艺。

Abstract:Taking obtaining rate and purity of polysaccharides as standard,the effects of proportion of material to liquid,temperature,ethanol concentration,precipitation time on extraction of polysaccharides from stem and leaves of Asparagus officinalis L.were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the optimum condition for extracting rude polysaccharides was as follows: the proportion of material to liquid was 1∶20,the temperature was at 90℃,the extraction time was 2 hours,the concentration of ethanol was 80% and the precipitation time was 8 hours.And the purification technology by sevag method and precipitating alcohol for several times was gained.
