摘    要:利用玉米芯生产粗木聚糖,再用球毛壳菌 ACCC30566木聚糖酶液酶解粗木聚糖,获得低聚木糖,最后对低聚木糖进行提取纯化,并用薄层层析法初步测定了低聚木糖成分.结果表明:球毛壳菌ACCC30566木聚糖酶酶解产物主要成分为木二糖、木三糖、木四糖等低聚木糖,葡萄糖含量较少.该菌株所产木聚糖酶成分较纯,纤维素酶含量较低.可以用来生产低聚木糖.

Abstract:Xylooligosaccharide was hydrolyzed from crude xylan produced from corncobs by xylanase of ACCC30566 strain of Chaetomium globosum and the xylooligosaccharide composition was determined by thin layer chromatography. The results showed that the main composition of enzymatic products by xylanase of ACCC30566 strain of Chaetomium globosum were xylobiose, xylotriose, xylotetraose and a little glucose. The composition of xylanase produced by ACCC30566 stain is purity and its cellulose content is lower. Therefore, the ACCC30566 strain of Chaetomium globosum can be used in production of Xylooligosaccharide.
