摘    要:本试验明确了玉米丝黑穗病菌的冬孢子在中性或偏酸性的条件下有利于冬孢子萌发,pH=3.pH=5和pH=7的冬孢子最高萌发率分别为33.2%,48.8%和37.2%;黑暗促进冬孢子萌发,连续黑暗处理48h和72h的冬孢子萌发率分别为28.4%和27.2%;而连续光照处理48h和72h的冬孢子萌发率仅为13.2%和11.8%;冬孢子萌发适温为25℃左右,其萌发率为32.06%;冬孢子在60℃热水中处理10min即丧失萌发力;氧气促进冬孢子萌发。

Abstract:The research showed that the higher germination rates of teliospores of Sphacelotheca reiliana were obtained when teloispores cultured in neutral or acidic condition,the highest germination rates reaching 33.2%,44.8% and 37.2 %,respectively when teliospores cultured at pH=3.5,and pH=7.The germination rates of teliospores were prominently enhanced by continuously dark light,the germination rates reaching 28. 4% and 27.2%,respectively when teliospores were exposed to dark light for 48 hours and 72 hours. On the contrary,the germination rates of teliospores were only 13.2% and 11.8%,respectively when teloispores were exposed to light for 48 hours and 72 hours.The optimal germination temperature was about 25℃.Teliospores failed to be germinated when teliospores treated with 60℃water for 10 minutes.The germination rates of teloispores were enhanced by oxygen.
