| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨新疆棉花黄萎病抗性遗传规律。【方法】采用NCⅡ(不完全双列杂交设计),将7份棉花品种按4×3两级分法配制F1组合12个,以108-夫为对照,随机区组设计。在自然病圃进行黄萎病抗性鉴定。【结果】抗病杂交组合选配以海陆杂交组合具有较高的特殊配合力,陆地棉黄萎病抗性相对病指广义遗传力为97.39%,狭义遗传力为52.17%。黄萎病抗性与蕾铃脱落具有显著负相关。【结论】黄萎病抗性以加性效应为主,但是同时具有较高的显性效应。 |

| Abstract: | 【Objective】This experiment planed to study the law of inheritance of resistance to Verticillium wilt in cotton of Xinjiang.【Method】Seven parents were prepared to form 12 pairs of F1 according to 4×3 method using NCⅡ(Partial biserial crossing design).The 12 pairs of F1 were planted in natural Verticillium wilt garden to further probe the inheritance of resistance to Verticillium wilt on the base of predecessor.【Result】The ocean-land hybridization combination has higher special combining ability,the general hereditary capacity of relative disease index of Verticillium wilt resistance in upland cotton is 97.39%,the narrow hereditary capacity is 52.17%.Disease index has prominent inverse correlation with bud shedding.【Conclusion】Verticillium wilt resistance revolves around the additive effect,but at the mean time it has a higher dominant effect. |
