富士杂交后代果实内在品质性状的遗传

摘    要:通过对富士12个杂交组合、502株实生苗的调查,研究了富士杂交后代果实内在品质性状的遗传趋势。结果表明,果实总糖及可溶性固形物含量是受多基因控制的数量性状,不仅存在加性效应,还存在一定程度的非加性效应,通过杂交育种改善苹果含糖量是一条有效途径。苹果含酸量受一对主效基因和加性多基因共同控制,主基因的遗传效应表现为完全显性,以加性效应为主,但也存在一定程度的非加性效应,富士、东光、长红、锦红均为显性杂合体(Mama)。苹果果实肉质、质地、果汁及果心大小为多基因控制的数量性状,杂交后代果实分别呈现肉质变粗、质地变硬、果汁减少、果心变大的趋势。果肉颜色为质量性状,有色对无色表现为显性,杂交后代的平均果肉颜色级次略低于亲中值。

Studies on the Fruit Internal Characteristics Inheritance Trends of Fuji Apple Variety Crossed Progenies
Abstract:seedlings of12cross combinations of Fuji apple variety with the others were used for studying the inheritance trends of fruit internal character istics.Results showed that the total sugars and soluble solids of Fuji progenie s were quantita-tive characters controlled by many minor genes and expressed ad ditive and non additive genetic effects.Cross breeding is an effective way for improving apple sugar content.Fruit acidity seemed to be governed by two coope rative genetic models,which divided a single major gene and a certain multiple genes.The genetic effect of the major gene was completely dominant with additi ve genetic effects of the multiple genes.Fuji,Donguang,Changhong and Jinhong apple varieties were heterozy-gous(Mama).The fruit flesh type,texture,juic e content and core size were quantitative characters controlled by many minor g enes.The hybrids showed coarser flesh,firmer texture,less juice and smaller c ore size.The flesh color was a molar charac-ter in which the color genes showe d the dominance of the color less genes,hence the grade color of hybrids were a little lower than the mean of their parents.
