| Abstract: | Based on the theories of modem medical science and nutrition, the processing technology of health vegetable paper with Herba Portulacea was studied. The methods of emplastic and protecting natural color of Herba Portulacea were descried. The optimum formula and technological conditions were determined through tests. |
