早熟马铃薯脱毒微型薯打破休眠的研究

摘    要:以费乌瑞它脱毒微型薯为材料,研究了赤霉素不同浓度和方法处理对早熟马铃薯打破休眠的影响.结果表明,不同浓度的赤霉素浸种和喷雾均能够有效地打破马铃薯微型薯的休眠,提高发芽率,2种方法处理发芽率差异不大.赤霉素喷雾适宜浓度为12mg/L.

Abstract:The concentration and the methodology of gebberellin application to breaking the dormancy of minibuber potato were investigated for its effect.Spraying potatoes 20 days after harvest by using gebberellin 12 mg/L gave ideal results.
