摘    要:目的]探讨NiL1 (ClO4)2和NiL3(ClO4)2对多刺裸腹蚤的毒性.方法]利用不同浓度的NiL1(ClO4)2和NiL3(ClO4)2处理多刺裸腹蚤,测定其半数致死量,并分析其对环境的影响.结果] NiL3 (ClO4)2和NiL1(ClO4)2对多刺裸腹蚤的半数致死量(LD50)分别为8.625和14.755 mg/L,说明NiL3(ClO4)2的毒性要大于NiL1 (ClO4)2.推测2种化合物本身带有的苯环和甲基基团可能对细胞毒性有一定的影响.结论]该研究为进一步研究大环类化合物污染对多刺裸腹蚤的生理生化影响提供基础资料,并为淡水水体质量评价和防治提供参考依据.

Toxic Effects of Metal Complexes of Tetraaza Crown Ethers on Moina macrocapa

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the toxicity of NiL1 (ClO4) 2 and NiL3 (ClO4) 2 on Moina macrocapa.Method] Moina macrocapa was treated with different concentrations of NiL1 (ClO4)2 and NiL3 (ClO4)2 to determine the median lethal dose (LD50).And their effects on environment were analyzed.Result] The median lethal dose (LD50) of NiL3 (ClO4) 2 and NiL1 (ClO4) 2 to M.macrocapa were 8.625 and 14.755 mg/L respectively,which indicated that the toxicity of NiL3 (ClO4) 2 was higher than that of NiL1 (ClO4) 2.It was deduced that benzene ring and methyl groups in these two compounds might have some influences on cytotoxic effect.Conclusion] The research provided basic materials for fmrther study on the effects of macrocyclic compounds pollution on the physiological and biochemical indices of Moina macrocapa and provided reference basis for the evaluation and control of fresh water quality.
