摘    要:针对研究生培养质量下滑的普遍现实问题,以“组合增效”模式构建研究生入学选拔标准、以“借入式”扩展性培养扩大培养团队力量,提高“应用型”专业研究生知识面和实践技巧,补充毕业后“跟踪培养”,解决研究生自主创新、综合素质、实践技能及再教育方面等影响研究生质量的问题根源,对改革研究生培养模式,提高研究生质量具有重要的实践指导意义.

On Improving Application Oriented Graduate Students Quality Based on Multi-dimensional and Complementary Training Model

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of quality decrease in graduate students,a multi-dimensional and complementary training model was established.It mainly included three parts,namely setting up an enrollment programs based on diversification of students,organizing a tutor team composed of professor and technical director as well as general manager,and supplementing an education link of tracking training after graduation for graduate students.The education model has significance guiding meaning for reform of graduate students education model and quality improvement.
