摘    要:在分析信号的能量特征的基础上,提出一种基于小波包能量谱的信号特征表示方法:将信号特征表示为对分解结点的能量谱,有效压缩设备的状态信息.在设备的状态特征的可视化过程中,进一步将特征向量中数据的大小用像素点的颜色表示,将设备的大量状态特征转化为关于时间和小波包分解结点的连续彩图表示.这种设备状态的表示方法称为彩图表示.应用彩图表示法将大量的变速器齿轮的状态信号转化为彩图表示,结果清晰显示了变速器齿轮的状态以及状态随时间缓慢变化的过程.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of energy feature of vibration signal, a signal feature representation method based on the energy spectrum of wavelet packets is proposed, which represent the signal feature through computing the energy of the wavelet packets decomposition, and this method is effective in compressing the vibration signal to be a vector. For the visualization of the vector, the vector is further represented by pixels, and a color-map represent is capable of representing a large amount condition at different time. This method is applied in the feature representation of an automobile transmission for condition, and the transmission feature at different time is represented as a color-map, which shows the transmission condition evolution clearly and effectively in condition monitoring.
