T337自根砧和中间砧型富士幼树生长势和钾吸收与累积年动态变化研究

摘    要:以T337自根砧和山定子/T337中间砧富士苹果幼树为试材,在年生长周期内主要物候期进行整株解析,分别测定主干粗度、树高、根长、根尖数等树体形态指标,并将整树解析为根木质部、根韧皮部、侧根、砧木木质部、砧木韧皮部、主干木质部、主干韧皮部、叶片、新梢9部分,分别测定各部位不同时期的生物量和K含量。结果表明,T337中间砧富士苹果幼树生长势明显强于T337自根砧。不同砧木类型影响富士苹果幼树K的吸收运输,对树体不同部位K的累积分配影响较小。2种砧木类型富士苹果幼树不同时期K累积增长量均较高,建议定植前施足钾肥。

Study of Growth Potencial and Potassium Content and Accumulation Annual Dynamic Change on T337 Stock and Interstock Type of Young Fuji Apple Trees
Abstract:Using T337 root stock and stator/T337 interstocks young Fuji apple tree as experimental materials to analyse the entire tree main phenophase of the growth cycle. Respectively, measure its indices of tree shape,such as trunk roughness, tree height, root length, root number and so on.And analyse the entire tree into root xylem , root phloem, lateral root, root stock xylem, root stock phloem, scoin xylem,scoin phloem, leaf, fresh branch.Then measure the biomass and potassium content of each part in different period. The results show that the T337 interstocks young Fuji apple tree grow much more flourishing than the T337 root stock young Fuji apple tree.Different stock types affect the potassium absorption and transportation of young Fuji apple tree,but the influence of the accumulation of potassium distribution in different parts of the tree is lesser. Potassium accumulation of two types stock of young Fuji apple tree increase so much in different growth periods, suggesting to lay enough potassic fertilizer before planting.
