| 摘 要： | 本文综述了近年来杨梅组织培养的研究进展，包括外植体的选取、植物生长调节剂的筛选以及培养基与培养条件选择等方面，分析讨论了组织培养过程中常见污染、褐化和玻璃化问题及其解决方法，并对杨梅组培的应用前景进行了讨论。

The Tissue Culture in Waxberry |

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the research progresses of tissue culture in waxberry, which included the selection of explants, the effects of plant growth regulators, culture media and culture conditions on the tissue culture. We also demonstrated the present problems such as pollution, browning and vitrification as well as resolutions. The prospects of tissue culture in waxberry discussed. |
