《食品添加剂》微课教学体系的构建与探索

摘    要:近年来,微课教学模式越来越受到教育工作者的重视。在《食品添加剂》教学中引入微课教学体系,对于提升教学效果具有很好的促进作用。为建设和实践《食品添加剂》微课教学体系,该文选择了《食品添加剂》课程中的重点难点内容作为微课设计对象,具体分析了《食品添加剂》教学的现状以及教学组织的特点,并提出了微课教学在《食品添加剂》课程的设计原则、设计思路与设计要点,为探求《食品添加剂》的教学改革提供了新的思路。

Construction and Practical Exploration of Food Additives Course based on Micro-lecture
Abstract:In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the micro teaching mode.In the teaching of Food Additives,the introduction of the micro teaching system has a very good role in promoting the teaching effect. This study choosed the key difficulties of Food Additives and designed the micro course,analyzed the theory and the pres-ent situation of teaching of Food Additives,and the characteristics of the teaching organization,the lecture of Food Additives curriculum was designed based on the micro principle,idea and the key points to explore a new way of for Food Additives teaching.
