柞蚕雄蛾油的超临界CO2流体萃取技术研究

摘    要:应用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对柞蚕雄蛾油进行萃取研究,采用4因素3水平正交试验,探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间、CO2流量对柞蚕雄蛾油萃取率的影响,研究得出最佳萃取条件为:压力30 MPa,温度40℃,时间3 h,CO2流量25 kg/hm2。

Abstract:The extraction of malesilk moth oil by Supercritical CO_2 Fluid extraction technique was studied.The effect of extraction pressure,temperature,time,and the rate of CO_2 flow on the extraction rate were discussed by the orthogonal designL_9(3~4)].The experimental results indicated that the optimum extraction pressure,temperature,time and the rate of CO_2 flow for the maxium extraction was 30?MPa,40?℃,3?h and 25?kg/h respectively.
