国内外冬小麦品种(系)的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:为了解从美国引进的21个冬小麦品种及中国北方旱地冬麦区19个小麦品种(系)的遗传差异,利用26对多态性SSR标记检测参试材料的遗传多态性。结果表明,26对标记在40个小麦品种中检测到175条差异带,每对引物多态性位点2~13个,平均6.73个。40份材料的遗传相似系数为0.118~0.894,平均遗传相似系数为0.339,其中相似系数最低的是引进品种1R35与1R24,为0.118;2个姊妹系品种9480-0-3-3与9480-0-3-2的相似系数最高,为0.894。且国外引进品种平均遗传距离高于国内品种,说明引进品种遗传变异基础大于国内品种。聚类分析在相似系数0.69处,将40个品种聚为5类,第Ⅰ类包含美国引进的7个品种和国内1个品种,第Ⅱ、Ⅲ及Ⅳ类均为供试的国内选育品种(系),第Ⅴ类又分为2个亚类,其中第1亚类(Ⅴ-1)全部为引进品种,第2亚类(Ⅴ-2)包含10个引进品种和8个国内品种。

Abstract:In order to gain knowledge of genetic diversity of winter wheat,21 varieties introduced from the USA and 19 varieties planted in North-west China were analyzed for polymorphism by some SSR markers developed in our laboratory.A set of 52 SSR markers were screened and a total of 175 allelic variants were detected in the 40 wheat varieties,with the range of 2 to 13 and the average of 6.73 alleles per marker.The genetic similarity coefficient(GS) among the cultivars was 0.339 on average,and varied from 0.118 to 0.894.Introduced cultivars were higher than the domestic ones in ’mean of genetic distance(GD)’,but lower in GS,suggesting that introduced cultivars possessed broader genetic variation.Based on 0.69 of GS,the cultivars used in this study were clustered into five groups.Group I consisted of 7 USA cultivars and one domestic cultivar,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and groupⅣ consisted of 10 domestic cultivars.Group V consisted of 12 domestic cultivars,which could be clustered into two sub-groups.The sub-group V-1 included only domestic cultivars,and the sub-group V-2 contained both of introduced cultivars and domestic cultivars.
