摘    要:在大田条件下以国内外109份葱资源为试材进行种质品质遗传多样性研究。结果表明,109份葱种质7个品质性状遗传变异系数为7.88%~15.84%,经聚类分析而成的3个组群间品质性状差异明显。相关性分析和主成分分析表明,假茎紧实度和干物质率与糖含量之间存在稳定正相关关系,与氨基酸和蛋白质含量之间呈负相关关系。香辛油含量与氨基酸和蛋白质含量之间为负相关关系。前3个主成分——紧实度、干物质率和可溶性糖含量——的累积方差贡献率为94.65%,可以综合反映7个品质指标的信息。

Abstract:One hundred and nine welsh onion(Allium fistilium) germplasm resources from domestic and abroad were employed as experimental materials,and genetic diversity of quality characters was investigated in the fields.The results showed that coefficients of variation of seven quality characters among 109 A.fistulium accessions varied from 7.88%-15.84%.Based on the tree plot of clustering analysis,109 accessions were divided into three groups,and quality characters between the three groups were different significantly.Correlation analysis and main component analysis showed compactness and dry weight rate of pseudostems were significantly related to sugar contents positively,while related to amino acid and soluble protein contents negatively.Meanwhile,ethereal oil contents were negatively related to amino acid and soluble protein contents.Accumulative variance contribution rate of compactness,dry weight rate and soluble sugar content of pseudostems was 94.65%.
