吴茱萸柠檬苦素在大孔吸附树脂上的吸附行为

摘    要:研究HPD100、HPD400、HPD500、HPD600、HPD800 5种大孔吸附树脂对吴茱萸柠檬苦素粗品(纯度36%)的吸附及解吸性能。结果表明,树脂HPD400对柠檬苦素吸附量大,解吸容易,并且吸附速度快。通过不同温度下吸附等温线的拟合,发现45℃时Langmuir方程拟合结果最佳,并且树脂吸附量随柠檬苦素溶液初始质量浓度的增加而增加,随温度的升高而减小。用HPD400纯化吴茱萸柠檬苦素粗品,柠檬苦素纯度由上样前的36%增加为51.3%,产品回收率为83.5%。

Abstract:In present study,the adsorption and desorption capacities of limonins(36% purity) from Evodia rutaecarpa on 5 different macroporous resins,including HPD100,HPD400,HPD500,HPD600 and HPD800,were evaluated.Results showed that HPD400 offered the best adsorption and desorption capacities,and the highest adsorption speed.According to the simulation results of Langmuir equation at different temperatures,45 ℃ fit the best to Langmuir equation,and the adsorption capacity of limonins increased with the increasing of initial concentration,but decreased with the increasing of temperature.Limonins extracts from Evodia rutaecarpa were treated with the column packed with HPD400 resin,the content of limonins in the product increased from 36% to 51.3%,and the recovery yield was 83.5%.
