| 摘 要： | 以上海市农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所选育的“PG华”为母本，以抗倒伏、耐落粒的双低品种“沪油17”为父本进行杂交，然后以“沪油17”为轮回亲本进行回交。从BC，代开始选株自交，同时以显性核不育纯合型不育株为母本，对所选单株进行测交，最终获得基因型为RfRf的恢复系“HF06”。新选育的恢复系“HF06”含油率为44．4％，芥酸含量为0．0%，硫代葡萄糖苷含量为9．7μmol／g，抗倒性较强、耐落粒，成为较理想的显性核不育恢复系。

| Abstract: | ＂PG Hua＂ bred by Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences was used as female parent, the cultivar ＂Huyou 17＂ with double low （erucic acid and glucosinolate） content in rapeseed which had high loading resistance and strong resistances to dropping was used as male parent. The two parent was crossed and backcrossed by a recurrent parent ＂Huyou 17＂. The restorer line ＂HF06＂ with the genotype of RfRf was obtained by means of selling and test cross. The oil content, the erucic acid content in oil and the glucosinolate content in meal were 44. 4%,0. 0%and 9. 7 gmol/g, respectively. The restorer line has high loading resistance and strong resistances to dropping and is a perfect restorer line of dominant genic male sterile. |
