摘    要:对欧洲鹅耳枥种子进行变温层积处理,测定其内源激素含量的变化。结果表明,欧洲鹅耳枥种子在层积前ABA的含量较高,层积过程中逐渐下降,GA、IAA含量增加,CTK的含量先降低后增加,GA/ABA的比值逐渐增加,同样IAA/ABA、CTK/ABA的比值亦逐渐增大,说明种子的休眠在一定程度上,受控于ABA类抑制物质与GA类促进物质的相互作用。

Abstract:The changes of endogenous hormones after alternative stratification with the time processing were determined. The results showed that the contents of ABA in the Carpinus betulus seeds were high before stratification and gradually decreased after stratification. The contents of GA and IAA in the seeds of Carpinus betulus increased little by little, and the content of CTK decreased at the beginning and increased after. The ratios of GA/ABA increased gradually and the same as the ratios of IAA/ABA and CTK/ABA. The results indicated that seed dormancy in a certain extent is controlled by ABA suppression material and GA promote physical interaction.
