摘    要:茶树油具有良好的抑菌能力,在果蔬天然保鲜杀菌剂的开发中具有良好的应用前景。采用滤纸扩散法测定不同浓度的茶树油对香蕉炭疽菌和芒果炭疽菌的离体抑制效果。结果显示,茶树油对这2种菌都具有良好的抑菌效果,且浓度增加,抑菌作用逐渐增强,对芒果炭疽菌和香蕉炭疽菌的EC50分别为339.13和143.10 μL/L。
