摘    要:海拔高度是影响人参生长发育的重要生态因子,与人参生长发育和药效成分含量密切相关。本文系统综述了不同海拔高度对人参生长发育和有效成分的影响,文献研究表明在海拔400~1 000 m范围内,人参皂苷的含量较高,是人参栽培的适宜海拔高度。但不同海拔高度对人参蛋白质,多糖,挥发油等成分的含量均有不同程度的影响,应根据实际需要合理种植。从而为提高人参品质,综合开发利用人参资源和改善人参生产条件提供理论依据。

Research Progress of Different Altitude on the Quality of Ginseng

Abstract:Altitude is the important ecological factor to the growth of Panax ginseng, closely related to growth and active components of it. In this paper the effects of different altitude on the growth and active ingredient of P. ginseng were summarized,the Higher content of Ginsenoside is shown at 400-1000 m. And this elevation is suitable for the cultivation of Panax ginseng.The content of Ginseng Protein, polysaccharide, volatile oil will be affected with the change of altitude. Accordingly , Ginseng needs reasonable planting on the basis of actual need. aiming to provide theoretic base for improving its quality, and comprehensive developing the resources and production conditions.
