| 摘 要： | 本文对利用分子生物学技术改造或生产动物性营养物质；在分子水平上研究营养与基因表达、调控的关系，以从根本上阐明营养对机体的作用机制；利用基因工程技术开发饲料资源等三个方面进行了综述。最后探讨了分子生物学在动物营养中的存在问题及应用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the application of molecular biology technique in ruminant nutrition, such as modi- fying or producing the nutritional material from animal with molecular biology technology, studying the relation between nutrition and gene expression regulation on molecular level, in order to illustrate the mechanism of nutrition on animal, develop feedstuff resources with gene engineer. A promising future for the molecular biology technology in animal nutrition was also predicted in the paper. |
